Shipping & Returns

At Low Tide Broome, we take care when preparing and sending your order. Please read the following information about our shipping and returns before completing your purchase.

Shipping

  • Processing Times
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods or product launches, dispatch may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery Times

    • Standard shipping within Australia: 3–14 business days (depending on location).

    • Local Delivery: Available for all Broome addresses (6725 and 6726). We’ll drop your order at your doorstep ASAP. Leave your delivery address in instructions field at checkout.

  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Local delivery is at a flat rate of $5 per delivery.

  • Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you opted for local delivery, we will email you when your order is out for delivery.

  • Missed Deliveries
    If your parcel is returned to us due to being uncollected from the post office or an incorrect address, we can resend it at your expense.

Returns

At Low Tide Broome, we want you to love your purchase. Because our shirts are printed with original artwork in small runs, please choose carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund once the item has been assessed.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference.

  • Please check product details carefully before ordering.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at hello@lowtidebroome.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Sale Items

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges if faulty.

  • Sale or discounted items are final.
